One of biggest pet peeves in MMA is the way takedowns are scored. Takedowns that don't result in damage after, should not score. IMO

If you have guard you have control and should be scored as winning.

Agreed. But until they have purely MMA judges, bad decisions will happen. They don't fully understand the sport.
