He was pretty untouchable before Shogun...literally. Guys have figured him out a little, its gonna be harder for smaller guys to take him down though. The lone problem is his speed advantage at lhw will not be as big of a factor at mw. IMO

Cause it's just a recap of the first half of the season. I hate it when shows do this and it seems even more absurd on a reality show. If people watch it then they'll do it again next season.

I watched it. Then I emailed UFC and FOX Sports to tell them how much I enjoyed the recap episode just to spite you. :)

Well, now I know why there was no fight last week...you can't have an episode climax with a forfeit. I don't know what it's like to make weight like that, so I'll just say that like me he's not cut out for this sport.

dude was already rail thin and basically no broad shoulders or anything. I don't know where the 141 is. Maybe in a heavy heart.
As far as Rhonda, I'm so tired of her dramatic facial expressions. No way she will lose, but I wish she would get beat somehow. She's just too angry. Only hope is the anger wears her out and you win late.

Yeah, he didn't look like he had more to lose, but our bodies are have so much water in them there is always more to lose. Like the coach questioned whether or not he had too much sodium retaining that water.

He didn't strike me as one of the bigger guys in the house, either. Was he?

Honestly, seems like he had a big head. Kindof kidding but not really. He didn't have the muscle or bone structure that looked the least bit heavy. He could have a big ass heavy head.

Lol he did have a big azz head. His shoulders looked about a foot wide, no muscle hardly at all. No idea how he didn't make it.

Holdsworth is an animal.

The girls on Tate's team seem to have a legitimate beef, but why are the dudes *****ing about Chris getting the most attention? They were out of the running. Why would the coaches spend one-on-one time with them after they lost? Watch their instruction, take notes, you'll still learn.
