UGA @ Vandy

Gone immediately? I think it would be a bad omen, but it's not a fireable offense. Vandy might be better than us.

Maybe not the next day, but yes. You don't lose to Vandy at UT. Period. Dooley isn't exactly in the position that Fulmer was to get a free pass like in 05, either.

There is no reasonable or measurable way that they should be unless coaching is the answer. That is extremely bad for Dooley and our program could be set back even more if he is fired as a reaction to Vanderbilt having even mild success.

Yeah, he is. Another coaching change this quickly would ensure that Tennessee football is irrelevant for the next 5-7 years.

I'm listening to the postgame show and it's so obvious that they all saw what happened but have been told not to talk about it. I keep waiting for a player or coach to let something slip about what happened.

Sounds like there was an allsome.fight after the game.

wasn't much of a fight it was just 2 coaches screaming at each other over the policemen's shoulders. Now if they had been able to get close to each other it might have been different

Grantham probably pissed because Franklin buzzed his house in the helicopter.

ESPN also took the game off of espn3.com

Would I be wrong in assuming that Grantham probably instigated it?

From what I can see watching back through it, Franklin was pointing at a UGA player, and Grantham went over to him and started going off.

I was thinking the Vandy game was an all but guaranteed win for us. Guess not. Hope this is just a fluke performance from them.

'OUR (emphasis) guys played with class.' - Franklin

You mad, bruh?
Posted via VolNation Mobile

I guess class is when an O-lineman goes after a D-lineman's knees. Yep, all class.

Bodies were flying around all over the place and I'm sure Franklin was upset that our DB's were beating up on their WR's.
