I'm slightly concerned, but I just don't think they match up well with us at all. They're not going to be able to run the ball on us, and we're going to tee up and get after Levis with that poor offensive line. They will be one of the best defenses we see, but we'll have Tillman back at that point just to make us that much more dangerous.

This. His 2 wins over UT were against 2 of the worst UT teams ever seen, with the 2017 win still being just barely. And his 2 best teams laid eggs against UT teams he should have beaten. That 2018 game is by far the biggest egg he's laid in his career.

I don’t understand why some of you are so scared of UK. Why? Levis is decent. That’s it. MSU? The clown pirate is a choke job. Their offense is nowhere near ours. Bama would beat UK by 4 TDs and probably wouldn’t score more than 3. UK poses zero threat to us.

It's not being scared, as much as it is don't be caught looking a week ahead to the Georgia match-up.

The fact that any UK coach has beaten the Vols twice is troubling. Vols better be ready

Or we aren’t naive enough to take that game for granted. Lewis isn’t “decent” he’s on every draft board in the first round. Their line is big and tough and Rodriguez is a punishing back. And their defense performed admirably against a throw heavy fast paced offense by a great play caller. I do think we are back in the national picture ( obviously), and do think we will/should win this game. They are coming off a week to heal and scheme. They WILL put up a fight and are well coached. This isn’t your daddy’s UK.
Overlook this game and we get beat.
Vols need to treat every team like they are bama until the season ends, and we have our hardware in hand.

Tennessee will beat Kentucky by 28 or more UK's slowness on defense will be exploited bigtime and the Kentucky offense can never keep up with Tennessee's offense. Rodriguez may run for 130 and Tennessee will still win by 28 or more points.

Kentucky hasn't put up more than 37 on anyone this year, and that was against Miami Ohio. They struggled with an NIU team that Vandy beat by multiple scores. Their offense has absolutely not impressed me, and I do not understand the Levis hype. They do have a solid defense but Bama is littered with draft picks on defense. They do not have the athletes or the firepower to beat us in a shootout. If Tennessee just comes out and plays their brand of football, they win by 3 or 4 scores.

I’ll say the same thing I’ve said since before the season started. UT should beat UK and it shouldn’t be close unless UT makes it close.

Before yesterday Bama having played a harder schedule than UK was by far the best statistical D in the SEC. They’re on a completely different plain than UK offensively.

UK’s D is vulnerable in the same ways Bama’s proved to be except they’re nowhere near as talented. Their O can’t run block or protect the passer. Their WRs are good but made to look better by the weak schedule they’ve played.

Rodriguez is a stud and Levis has talent if you give him time and open receivers but again nothing like what the Vols faced last night

Obviously the team can’t look past good opponents. But objectively speaking this should look more like LSU than UF or Bama

They are good team with Levis.
But we're THE BEST team.
