I would be very surprised if the NCAA allowed them to play in the tournament this year. The COI will meet and hand down the penalties before March. It would be in UNC's best interest to self impose a 3 year post-season ban starting this year and hope and pray the NCAA doesn't make it a 5 year ban.

I really don't think they will do that to the men's basketball team. Especially with 2015/16 squad a final four favorite.
