Alright Vol Nation. What do you want? You say the team is undiscplined, yet when coach disciplines players and you don't even know it then what do you say? We missed the playoffs last year because of coach disciplining a player. We had O-line problems last Saturday...Well...lookey here..Mincy was not allowed to play on the line. Hmmm ....We don't have the depth. Had he let Banks play last year, we would have won and been thugball team. What is coach supposed to do?? Kids gonna be kids. Looks to me like he does what the fans would say he should, but sacrifices games because it, so maybe you want us to play thugball!

He probably isn't going to refer to anything as "thugball".

How about Heup. Shouldn't he be setting the tone for the team... leading by example? How about...
- dropping a few pounds
- shaving
- taking the gum out when addressing the press
- upgrading the game wear

These are not my original thoughts but I have to agree.

I don’t think you understand the term “discipline” as it’s commonly referenced in competitive athletics.
This is very true.... Disciplined vs undisciplined is what goes on between the goal posts....And I'm 67 and became a UT fan at birth....This team ranks up there being very undisciplined.....Between the goal posts.

I can't wait to just play the next game, all I could think about Saturday night was how brutal this place and sports talk would be all week, yet here I am. I'm either a moron who loves misery, or I love you people. Or both. A little of both, I guess.

Looks like coach has lost a few pounds. I don’t care at all about his shaving habits or upgrading his game wear. Chewing gum during a press conference is irritating, but I don’t see it as a lack of discipline or lack of leadership issue.

These are only problems when you lose to Florida, Alabama , and Georgia.

We will rebound. 60-17 over sour cream and onion state. Then 44-20 over SC. Because I trust this coach since he gave us the best year we have had in a long time. Also banks have been known to respond well defensively. Look how we got blew out vs SC vs how we finished the season ? We will see though. Being a Vol fan is so exhausting. Go vols.

How's the eye discipline tho? Are we getting enough leaderahip reps?

Im just so happy we beat Bama last year and that Bubba Gump isnt our coach and is taking showers with young boys now.

I’m not gonna dignify most of the insults you’re hurling at coach Heupel with comments; however I will say a lot of people speakers and singers chew gum to keep their mouths from drying out when speaking/singing.

We could've had three more James Banks last year and it wouldn't have made a difference. We didn't lose to SCar last year because of Banks any more than we lost to UF this year because of Mincey. We clearly and logically lost both games because aliens hovered above the field each game and put an electromagnetic spell on us. Gosh people, wake up---they're out there.

...and it's only Tuesday night after a loss. Imagine what this site will look like by Friday night---yikes.

I am glad we fought back. All these years at Gainesville with no wins. Clearly was not a fair game officially. Qb was not down, he was dancing around. If you want to stop the clock that's fine, you were playing around. Vols would have won at home.

First of all it starts with building a nice foundation brick by brick, recruiting guys with 5 star hearts, shower etiquette the night before big games, and sooon the legend gruden will come coach up our defense. That’s how you get back to winning football.

Nobody is wearing a coat and tie on the sidelines anymore. Nike has a say in what is worn on the sidelines.
