Love the all white with orange trim. But I like most of our combos. For road uniforms I also always like the white shirt with the orange pants and 2 big white stripes on the side. Somewhere in this thread there is a picture of Floyd Miley in 1991 with that combo. They are sharp too. Maybe we wear that combo at Bama. GBO!

I prefer the all white, especially at night they will pop! That orange trim will really set that white off. Especially with the blue out that should really help make a sharp color contrast! GBO

True! Very true! Just get amused at this new society and the strange way these youngsters look at and react to things. Now way back when I was a member of this group, WE didn't cause such reactions in our elders as these young people inflect on me.:rolleyes:

Don't sweat him. He's comparing you to Clint Eastwood's character in Gran Torino, saying your comment is that of a complaining,grumpy old man. I'm with you, though. I care far more about what the beautiful women of college football are wearing on a fall Saturday afternoon. The warmer, the better. Priorities. The younger guys MIGHT learn about priorities one day.

Might be in the minority here, but I don’t think we should put Milton in a Storm Trooper uniform… don’t they miss everything they aim at? (I Don’t know how to blue font)

Remember him saying it on the broadcast and I’ll be darned if we didn’t have black outlines the next time we wore white. Always thought it was weird we were that responsive to his comment.

It shouldn't be, but this is a big deal to the current generation of players.
