The white jersey, orange pants with a double white stripe topped by a white helmet are the best away look we have IMO.

Who really cares what Alabama, Ohio St. Penn St. or Michigan do… I don’t ever want to compare ourselves to those programs, let’s be our own program. I’d rather be the measuring stick than check with others to see if I’m measuring up. I’m not saying I’m not for tradition. I love our traditions! But I’m also not opposed to modernizing some things and doing new stuff on occasion. The players are the ones who vote on the uniforms, if they want Smokey Grey alternate uniforms, Black alternate uniforms, Orange helmets, give those to them, they’ve earned it! It isn’t a slap in the face of tradition to occasionally change it up, it’s just something fun to do.
Agree. CJH mentioned on the coaches show the players were excited about Dark Mode this past weekend. If the players want something different and flashy and it adds to their excitement, Im all in.

View attachment 508477I’d really like to see this in the future! The near future!

This outfit would be awesome for the game. Very trendy. But most of all, the almost all white look makes it easier for the QB to spot the receivers in that menstruatve colored stadium and opponent players' uniform. I also have a totally wild theory. Fouls against white clad teams are easier to spot (unfortunately, also the other way around). Since Georgia, Alabama, and Florida are jersey pulling jackals, white unis may be primarily in our favor. Perhaps as well, white clads in theory are seen as the good guys, so refs may be more likely to rule in our favor. Again, this outfit rocks big time.

There is only one uniform scheme we should wear when we play in Athens for the rest of all time.

Traditional White helmet

We are bigger than all these gimmicky variations BE PROUD OF OUR TRADITION you dont see Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan doing it
Oh here we go.

Here's something for you. First of all, Michigan and Ohio State use alternate uniforms. But more importantly, why are the "traditions" you grew up with the only ones allowed? New traditions come along all the time. It doesn't make them a gimmick. What about the checkerboard endzones? They were a "gimmick" once. Or the song Rocky Top as our adopted fight song. Or even Smokey as a mascot. I'm sure prior to all of those things people were perfectly happy without them and were mad when they changed. Thankfully people like you don't make the decisions or we wouldn't have much at all. New traditions aren't a bad thing and changing or evolving doesn't have to be gimmicky.

Traditional stormtroopers. Serious uniforms for a serious game. No gimmicks. Just downhill.

I don’t care if the kids play in pink tutus, as long as they continue to perform and win. If the players like the uniforms and it helps them perform better as a team, I say wear it. GO VOLS!

Just no. Orange, White, and the power T are the brand. It is UT. It is Iconic.
