This evaluation is based upon what? Twitter videos of a few reps? Were you there? Were there other 5 stars there? What exactly is "way less?" You really need to qualify a statement like that. Otherwise, it looks like pure horsecrap.

Which site said they wasn't going to bump Teague until they see him play and even then probably wouldn't give him much of a bump? Thinking it was Rivals.

I get OSUs complaint...outside of Teague everyone of their commits dropped at least a few spots...it's kind of funny to me to be honest...it's like us but on a much bigger scale...

Miami was a little better...they had two guys get significant bumps (180+ spots overall)...but all of the rest fell

They gave him the bump because he was the only 3* committed to tOSU. 2 5* numerous 4* and then Teague bringing up the rear. They obviously must have missed him because tOSU wanted him in their class, so he obviously deserved a bump.I can't remember him doing any regionals? I only remember him going to college camps and working out. Mays went to regionals and Emerson went to Regionals and the Opening, but they dropped. 247 lost a lot of credibility with me.

Makes sense. Oh, and he is the only osu commit to jump. Every other commit dropped in overall ranking. Every one.

I don't recall anyone stating that he should jump 150 spots and be rated as the #3 RB in the nation. Has a Matt Elam feel to it.

Transparency and a perception of fairness and legitimacy regarding the rankings (and the ranking process) should be the most important concern of any recruiting service.

On the other hand, a perception that a recruiting service is biased toward commitments/leans of a handful of schools is the death knell for the longevity of that company.

It's stunts like the "sudden" Teague skyrocket up the rankings mysteriously coinciding with his tOSU commitment, that make me think that 24/7 isn't even trying to hid its bias anymore.

Swing and a miss on your gotcha moment. 247 is catching heat because of the ridiculous bump in ratings they are giving recruits without seeing them play. ESPN is generally considered the worst simply because they don't evaluate a ton of guys and didn't even factor in JUCO recruits until a few years ago. Not to mention, when is the last time ESPN broke any hot recruiting news? Not hard to understand.

As big of a jump. he is four star material. but he is clearly not a top 50 player. go back and find a reasonable poster who was thinking he was borderline 5 star.

we also had everyone drop but one, who stayed the same.
