Out of eligibility or just ready to move on? I'd think a good season could improve his stock from Round 3.

He’s a reliever. You rarely see them go in the first 2 rounds. He’s not coming back, he’s probably reached his ceiling for draft value.

Doesn’t matter how hard you throw. Teams just do not value relievers with first or second round money.
