7th nationally is great. Even more so for a small class. It just so happens that 4 of the 6 ahead of us are in our same conference.
They have GOT to be cheating. Not to sound like a sore loser but no program sustains this level of recruiting year in and year out just on winning tradition. What will this make, 5 consecutive years with the consensus #1 recruiting class? Even Florida State's dominant run in the late 80's through early 2000's didn't yeild THIS many consecutive #1 classes. You would think eventually all these blue chip athletes would want to go somewhere and actually get early playing time.
If Bama has recruited so great, where are the dominating d linemen? Where are their supreme pass rushers? They didn't pass the eye ball test with me last year. They were carried by a great offense and qb but their defensive talent was lacking giving up over 30 points three times against a weak schedule.
