Only civilian contractors I saw armed were security types. I was offered a job in Iraq to work on C130s..wasnt allowed a side arm. But since he was a CIA asset maybe its different. I've seen CIA special activities guys humping hardware but that isnt unusual but that wasnt him. We will never know.
