If they had any money they could probably buy any technology we have from the Chinese since they have stolen everything we have ever developed.Yeah lol..a "stealth" F5 adversary...or T38 trainer for USAFA cadets...they have seriously reverse engineered our jet engine designs from the 50s, wich were in the F5 in the 80s, if they did ever miraculously get the materials and tech to build a stealth anyything, they dont have the CPUs to control modern fly by wire avionics, nor pilots that would be able to compete with ours
Here's an interesting article from 2013If they had any money they could probably buy any technology we have from the Chinese since they have stolen everything we have ever developed.
They do have F14s, which is a pretty powerful, but outdated, airframe.Yeah lol..a "stealth" F5 adversary...or T38 trainer for USAFA cadets...they have seriously reverse engineered our jet engine designs from the 50s, wich were in the F5 in the 80s, if they did ever miraculously get the materials and tech to build a stealth anyything, they dont have the CPUs to control modern fly by wire avionics, nor pilots that would be able to compete with ours

The operation, one of Delta Force's first, encountered many obstacles and was eventually aborted. Eight helicopters were sent to the first staging area, Desert One, but only five arrived in operational condition. One encountered hydraulic problems, another was caught in a sand storm, and another showed signs of a cracked rotor blade.
A lot of fake news to unpack here. Please provide a link to the first quote about the “New world order” from Bush. I have found several but nothing like this. If anything, when you read Bush’s comments about a New World Oder, he is discussing the ability of the “New World” to stand up and prevent dictators and the new budding democracies of failed communist states. “New World Order” was Bush’s favorite go to line the 90’s. Said it in numerous addresses to Congress and during the onset of the Persian Gulf War. Context matters. Some Men will profit hugely from the world being destroyed by war

The parallels he makes are a huge reach and largely, historically inaccurate . I hate to say this, but Sometimes it seems like the Left wants another Vietnam to relive the glory days of the 60’s and 70’s with all the protests. Maybe this would be something actually worth protesting, instead of all the other manufactured bull$hit people pretend to mad about all the time.
In response, Marine veteran Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) recently told Task & Purpose he was concerned about a Gulf of Tonkin-like incident between U.S. and Iranian forces that could lead to outright war. And while your humble Pentagon correspondent was considering asking Shanahan if he too was concerned about a sequel to the Gulf of Tonkin until he noticed the flag of the unified, communist Vietnam fluttering in the breeze (Subtext had clearly become text, like when Doogie Howser wore an SS uniform at the end of "Starship Troopers")
A Gulf of Tonkin incident in The Straits of Hormuz is definitely something that could realistically occur. I'm not sure how you can call that a reach.
