1. If you believe Obama gave Iran 2 billion dollars because we owed them that money then you are truly a fool.

2. Somehow you have been indoctrinated that America is the great evil empire.

3. I and most people could care less how other countries view us. In fact I would say let Israel destroy the whole middle east and start over. If the extreme muslims make up only few percent as you claim then why don’t the peace loving muslims take their countries back?

Well I guess it’s obvious I don’t agree with that. It was the only good thing O did, and we should be leaving Iran alone. I’m not sure why our foreign policy has become “play ball with our banks or we’ll kill ya.” That’s pretty un-American.

Nonsense. We've done our fair share of wrong to Iran, but let's not paint them as some helpless victim. I really don't want to see us engaged in another war, but it's not like Iran is innocent of state sponsored terrorism.

I can’t really fault someone for having a different opinion, though. Mainstream media functions as the mouthpiece for corporate and governmental interests now. I used to think that was crazy, but Ukraine broke the spell for me. I watched them lie about things I had first hand knowledge of.

That’s fair. I shouldn’t have put it to you like that. I should have just said from supporting Maktab al-Khidamat all the way to al-Nuzra/ISIS in Syria and Yemen, I’d say we have a lot more blood on our hands. I think we should just get the hell out of the ME.

It was Iran's money. People on here like to say "muh Obama gifted Iran 9845 billion dollars", but that isn't true. Us, along with a consortium of allies, returned funds to Iran by "unfreezing" their assets. Anything else you hear is Red Hat nonsense.

I didnt know thats why you had eagle in your name...while family is USAF..went to the academy twice as a kid bc my lifelong dream was to be an F15E pilot. Most beautiful, and in air superiority anyway, most capable airframe we have had in my lifetime. The E varieties with LANTIRN were really good at AtG strikes also from what i understand. Thats awesome bro. My walls were plastered with USAF lithographs of 15s, 16s, warthogs etc growing up. Had a large collection of models that i built hanging from the ceiling by fishing line as well in dogfights or bombing groups. Cool stuff. Dad did 26years , pappaw did 26 also.
