They're alive and Brazil is a corrupt country, I know 2 people very well who spent years in rio and other cities working as private security to high profile athletes and politicians, they regularly paid off gangs and corrupt cops trying to extort them, not even a big deal after the Olymipics are over, Brazil just wants to keep Americans vacationing there to rob more of us, there are many other vacation spots in SA that trump Brazil, plus zika.

So zika isn't a serious concern? Or that Americans are harassed all the time whenever they visit that country? Brazil has a joke of an economy , their oil industry is corrupt and covered up numerous oil spills, they have more endangered species than anywhere else on earth, pollution is rampant and nothing is being done, their security is also a joke, they wasted 2 billion preparing for the Olymipics where a drop of water in your eye can infect you with multiple forms of bacteria and parasites at public beaches !
