If Miami did this guy their line would be quickly improving since they will most likely get Henderson.

I would much rather them both become Vols.

Something just doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies about Henderson. I will pass on him... and you won't ever hear/see me say that about a lot of kids.

This would be huge. If he and Mustain decide to come we will actually be a good team.

How long do the USC kids have to make a decision whether to transfer or not?

Mustain would be an upgrade over Simms and we wouldn't have to start Bray.

Getting Smith would be great. He started for USC last year and has pro potential. I would be stoked to get Smith.

You dont understand. People at SC said Mustain barely takes reps in practice. He is working on some type of big degree that escapes me at the moment.

Like I said, Mustain has SEC experience while Simms has barely played football in D-1.

It probably doesn't help that at SC he knew he was going to be stuck behind Barkley.

I say if he wanted to come here, give him a chance. It'll be for one year. Can't do any harm.

would we have any hope because alot of these appeals are a waste of time

An sec school getting a senior from USC(kiffin) and slive has to approve it. Think about it for a second then get back at me bruh.

My thoughts: Pumped about Malik Jackson.

Would LOVE to get this guy Smith. Linemen are an obvious need, and the opportunity to play in the SEC is a great one. He would drastically improve our line and team. Any OL we can get from USC is fantastic.

As far as Mustain. I think that Mike Slive would probably let the appeal through, because of A) The sanctions obviously and B) He probably wants to kick Lane in the gonads as much as we do. Remember, Slive and Kiff butted heads alot. If it was up to Slive, he'd probably allow Lane's whole team to transfer here.

You definitely take him. You redshirt Bray and Nance, start Mustain, Simms backs him up. Mustain leaves, let Bray, Nance and Worley fight it out, winner starts as a freshman. Give Bray a year to bulk up, and Nance a year to learn the system....we might have a contest.

There is NO negative in taking Mustain if he can still play.

Exactly. He has one year of eligibility, so it's fine in terms of schollies.
