USC Please Give me a break.

Guarantee and I hate this team. But Florida would probably beat them just as bad as they did the year they won the championship. It just comes down to speed and they don't have it. Please do not judge USC on this victory. I will say they are a good team but OSU is vastly overrated. Also Todd Boeckman is terrible. They should just start Pryor because Boeckman can't get the job done. Pryor is truly a special talent.

How can you guarantee that Florida will probably beat them just as bad as they did the year they won the championship?

USC has the talent to hammer any team they play. This is the best D that Pete has had since he has been there imo.

I think there are better D's out there. There were two in one game. (Scar and Georgia). I don't think OSU is that good of a team. They always look husky and slow for some reason.

Vanderbilt scored 14 unanswered on UCS-little's defense. There is no way they should be in the same conversation with USCw. You really are showing your ignorance.

And don't forget the fact that USC jr's pathetic offense scored against Georgia, I'm not so sure that USC wouldn't have pitched a shut out.

If your going to compare an SEC defense to USC's it would have to Auburn's and I would still give the nod to USC.

I hate the USC predetermined to play for NC bs more than most but will admit this years squad looks good. So do a bunch of other teams that dont get the oral satisfaction of so many ESPN "experts"! Thats what gets me so angry.....

shhhhhh. don't try to talk logic. georgia and south carolina and auburn have great defenses not horrible offenses.

USC has the best defense in the country and it's not really close.

They're secondary hasn't really shown me anything. Taylor Mays is supposed to be so good. But we got the best safety in the nation right down here in Berry. Their corners play 10 yards off the ball at all times. I like the fast defenses of the SEC. Also they had big plays made on them that were called back.

Every single starter for USC on D would start for any SEC team right now.

Mays is a once in a lifetime talent. top-10 draft pick.

So you're saying their secondary is better than ours. Also I don't think Mark Richt would trade his defense for USC's. You guys are watching them play sub par comp. And yes I'm calling OSU sub par. They have never beaten an SEC team. As matter of fact it has never even been close.

Yeah, they suck against the SEC over, say, the last half century. But that post was still factually incorrect.

that's awful.

Looks almost like the stats we throw at UF folks to pretend we're relevant to the conf. title discussion.

It's at best a slight edge to USC at worst a whole hell of a lot better than Tennessee's. Shareece Wright is about 20 times better than any corner on UT's roster.

Add that to the fact that Maualuga and Cushing are better than any LB on UT's roster or Moala and Averell Spicer and Kyle Moore are better than any DL on UT's roster and you have a defense that is better than Tennessee's.

Quit kidding yourself. Mark Richt would give his defense plus some for USC D. They are the best in the league this year, and they have the most talent of any team in the country. Every single person on USC Defense would start in the SEC. They are loaded man, just face it. I hate it to, but you cannot argue the fact that they are the best team in the nation right now.

A whole dang lot of their players would start on any team in the country.

Wow they have Corners that play back off the ball like ours and now they are so much better than ours. Plus Mays makes more plays than Berry. He is the next Sean Taylor. You can line him up at corner like you can do with Berry. This is hilarious. They may have a better defense. But they sure don't have a better secondary.
