Yes.

Seantrel leaving opened up another scholly to use on an EE.

The 28 limit is an SEC rule.

USC can, if they have the available scholarships, stack up on EE's and not lose the 15 available for them in 2011.

They are completely retarded. At least we are aware of our situation and would admit that we aren't the best team right now, but they act like they are a dynasty while losing to Arizona, Stanford, Oregon, and Washington last season.
