'20 UT ILB Noah Sewell (Oregon commit)

Gonna be hard to do after we spank that ass in November...
While I think it's a good move overall to get some space between UF, UGA, and BAMA, I don't know that move is going to be that good for that particular series. Auburn hasn't done real well against UGA in that slot of late, 3-12 in the last 15 years I think. UGA has and will for at least the next few years continue to have more depth than anyone but the Gumps and maybe the Corndogs, that shows up more in mid-November than late September/early October. I said earlier this year that's why I thought Kirby probably agreed to it, he sees our current coaching staff as the main threat in the division and we wants to maximize that depth advantage as long as he can. I certainly had my doubts about whether we were going to be a threat earlier in the season, but it makes the most sense why they'd move the historic position of that rivalry from UGA's perspective. The benefit that they got is that we are in the same division, AUB and UGA are not, it is more important for them to beat us annually than Auburn.

No he wont and no they wont lol Mullen will beat kirby next year and everyone will realize he blew their deepest roster ever this year.
I think Pruitt will probably beat Kirby before Mullen will, what has Mullen done versus Kirby that inspires confidence he'll get over the hump? He's 0-3 against Kirby as a head coach and got regularly spanked as an assistant as well.

Mullen very well could have beat him this year with a roster that didnt come close to stacking up. With equal talent mullen wins everytime, kirby is winning with talent alone.

UGA shows up when they're the underdogs.
LSU is going to have some trouble with that defense.

Luckily, UGAs offense is very average.
But it should still be a good game.
It dosen't matter...Clemson is finally awake.
They're going to win it all.

I read earlier that in the month of November their offense is like 112th in the country. The defense is all that is carrying them against good teams. LSU will beat them unless their offense really turns it around.

Agree. Their offense has been really bad in November against the current number 9, 36, 11 and 16th ranked teams in the SP+, the defense is the only reason they are 4-0 against that competition in November, but it will not be enough against LSU unless their offense happens to have a banner day.

They have the talent to win it all, but I think they are going to be looking for a new offensive coordinator soon. Losing Chaney was a bigger blow to them than some thought it would be it seems.

The complaints that UGa fans had about Chaney are the exact same ones they have right now. I’ve heard UGa fans recently complain about Kirby telling his OCs to be conservative in play calling.

UGA fans are idiots. They complain about good OC's like Mike Bobo and Jim Chaney, now they've caught it in the butt with one who actually is bad though. It's hilarious down here right now.

I can see this 100 percent. I believe it was the South Carolina game coming out of the half that the sideline reporter said Pruitt wanted to open up the offense more and push down the field. That's what happened. Obviously Pruitt trusts Chaney to get the job done in my opinion.

to be honest, i think Fromm has regressed a little bit. part of it is the new WR's, they're a tad young, though really talented. so i think UGA, while breaking in a new OC at the same time, has gone conservative on purpose. if from comes back, and those WR's get another year under their belt, i would imagine you'd see UGA's offense look pretty dynamic next year....

lord knows htey have the talent to be....

they really should be a lot better in the play action game.

UF got a late window dressing touchdown, but UGA dominated the game. Georgia vs. Florida - Team Statistics - November 2, 2019 - ESPN The other two losses were 31-3 and 36-17. Pruitt will beat Kirby before Mullen will.
Kirby doesn’t worry about Mullen. He owns him. 3x the Mullen offense has been held under 300 yards in the last 3 years. Guess who against? Yep, Kirby. 10-0 all time against Mullen as a HC. Owns him on the recruiting trail as well, anytime a big time recruit OVs UF, their fans ask what time the following will he commit to UGA.

Mullen’s recruiting or lack thereof starts to show next year, UF buddy kept saying this was their year and their year to beat Ga. UT beats UF next year.

As a UGA fan does UT worry you most going forward in the East?

They should totally be better. I think they are young yes, but I think the scheme isn't there like it was with Chaney. Could be my orange tinted glasses though. 😎

Nah... Cooley hasn't been great in year one... Whether that's at Kirby's direction or not.

But talent wise... They have no problems

It is crazy when you look at all the talent on that offense...no way they should be this bad...no excuse.
