However, I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes an issue at some point. It is already being mentioned internally and by the media that covers UT.

Hiring an AA coach just to fill a quota is wrong - just like interviewing one to say you did is wrong. I have never liked that rule.

Hire the best available regardless of skin color.

Seriously....we are getting African-American coaches at either WR/DB's or both. This debate has been dumb from the beginning because Lane tried to get the best guy for the job from day one and sometimes they're white and sometimes they're African-American.

Anyone who thought we would get to February or March without 1-3 guys on staff that were African or Asian American is a paranoid nitwit.

Rumors are circulating that we'll see the staff finalized as early as this weekend. Chill out.
