The NCAA can go eff themselves. Why aren’t they looking at the 2 teams hogging all the best recruits in the transfer portal in OSU and Ole Miss? I don’t get it.

What hurts is the negative recruiting that will be done. It's since by coaches and seeing Tennessee - repeat offender on the ESPN scroll. This needs to get done quickly but it won't be given the ncaa usual speed

If there is a lawsuit against the NCAA, it all goes away real quick. This will go the legal route real quick. NCAA doesn’t have the money to investigate and this is obviously a witch hunt. Same on the other schools as well. Watch what happens when state legislators put in place laws that take away what little power the ncaa has left.

How do you think Saban got those top 5 classes? Im not saying Alabama couldnt have a great NIL program, I am just not sure Saban wanted to do the change he knew was needed. Im sure things would have gone mostly good for him as usual but every year its harder. Now places like Texas and TN and others are able to put money on the table in a direct way. Not that Bama cant compete, they absolutely can BUT they are not the only show in town anymore who can pay them the mega bucks. Now there is real competition.

Kirby has done a fantastic job considering they dont have a great NIL. But the playing field will continue to get harder for recruiting.

My guess on Saban is that he has won one MC in the last 6 seasons and that was the covid yr. Imo, he feels that he's lost several MPHs off his fast ball, and decided to go out as the goat instead of going out like Bowden or Paterno. One thing is a 100% certainty and that's father time always wins.

Nico recruitment/NIL... apparently we ran it by NCAA and they said we were ok but now disagree. I think that is why UTK sent such a hostile letter.

Honestly, College sports have been a joke since at least 2009 or so. NCAA clearly plays favorite and is a sinking ship.

A lot of people thought Plwman and the administration were too quick to admit the sins of the Pruitt crowd. Many thought UT should lay low and make the NCAA prove it. This shows why it was handled perfectly by the administration. It gives Donde the leverage to say “ look you pricks, when we are wrong we admit it. You said we were a textbook case on how to handle such things. So look here, if we did anything wrong, we would own up to it. But we aren’t wrong here and you picked a fight you can’t win”.

Negative recruiting tool. They just don't want Tennessee to be great for some reason. Everyone knows Tennessee is about to explode. All Tennessee needs is an explosive year this coming season and the 25 class to be top 5. I feel like the next 2 years could be really special but with this coming out who knows how it will end. I've always said that Tennessee is a sleeping Giant but it seems every time we are on that upward trajectory something derails the moment. Hopefully we prove that a$$ wrong and continue that climb to the top of the mountain top. GO VOL!!! #FREETENNESSEE
