I never said anything about the Temple game. And I admitted that we are playing terribly and would probably lose even on a neutral court today. But you really aren't too intelligent if you don't think refs can affect outcomes of games. I'm not saying it happens a whole lot, but it certainly does. And you are just one of those sheeps who feels the need to just blindly accept everything you're told. And yes I played ball at the collegiate level. So I think that qualifies me to assess the situation. What you don't seem to understand is that when you are getting called for everything and the other team can play tight D all over you, your entire gameplan changes. It can affect a whole hell of a lot more than you seem to think. As far as today is concerned, we look sorry and would probably lose anyway. But it's tough to know just how much of the one sidedness can change the overall complexion of a game.
Sorry people, but this is an average team in an average conference. Poor defense....lousy perimeter shooting....all atheletes and no basketball players....this team is going to get better come March?....only if they get to play the UT-Chattanoogas of the world.....Pearl's last three teams would easily beat this team....much more heart and intelligence than this team....look for a one and done in the NCAA tournament...
