I'd say he is doing as well as anybody could at this point. You can see things starting to come together, especially last weekend in Kentucky. There are still some wholes that need to be patched though Posted via VolNation Mobile

Serrano is trying to bring his very young team along...you see some improvement in some areas, dependable relief pitching is not coming along to his liking I'd s'pose.
I think we'll get there at some point, not as fast as anyone wants probably.
Thanks guys. So basically we are one of the youngest teams in the nation and our pitching needs help. I think Serrano will fix those issues. That last guy just flat out sucked and prob. left us in worse shape than we thought.
