I don't believe we have to worry about this. I know of a Nigerian prince that is going to cover the cost of the band.... Got an e-mail from him!

Hart seems to be a culled Brick to me,hopefully the problem will get rectified,but i doubt it,time will tell

Thanks for posting those great POTS videos! Except for the Power T, every great band tradition we see & hear today originated with Director Emeritus Dr. W.J. Julian.

This is the same Hart that told everyone he had the coaching search under control.. Now everyone was like yeah I like this guy he looks everyone in the eye n flat out lies n smiles about..

He is a snake that is going to kill every TN tradition he can.. How about putting a freaking winning product on the field in every sport n then u don't have money problems..

This. Clearly no one listens to the actual words of that song. I have no idea why everyone gets so pumped up for a song about two people that are down on their luck and barely making it....not the best message to send to your football team...

I'd blame Jimmy Cheek and the board of regents more than Hart. They've been siphoning money out of the AD for years to the academic side. That's why or athletics have suffered... The people who don't care about them, or care that the athletics is what paid for and made our university great, have done.

You old traditionalists need to calm down and get with the times. Stop complaining about new uniforms, and about possibly losing this band. Honestly, they're not even that good.

I'm still new on here, but lets remember this is just content control. They aren't deleting the band. Rocky Top IS Tennessee, other teams hate knowing when we score, Rocky Top is coming and we are going to sing it at the top of our lungs. You want to know how many high school defensive players in VA want to run out to "Enter Sandman" holding that lunch pail??? ALL OF THEM! At some point in time we have to remember its not about us. It's about the players and the recruits. If we play a song that all the players know, and you don't know it. I'll put money on if our boys on the sideline are going crazy for a third down stop. You will be too!!! Lets just calm down as a fan base and see where this goes. It might not work and Hart open the band back up. Just a thought.

You wouldn't know a good band from a fart from your own rear. I bet you think the Ohio band is good. Smh...

If true and Hart and Cheek are looking to save money, let each of their severely overpaid sorry asses forfeit half of their salaries annually to the cause.
