‘23 VA ATH Cameron Seldon (Tennessee Commit)

The leader in TDs in this conference had 15 I'm pretty sure. A freshman that won't play entirely too much year 1 with an SEC schedule isn't reaching 10. It's nothing against Cam as he's a great player but it's just not happening this year
So you are definitely sure that he will not be playing too much? Again, the odds are with you, but you don’t know what is going to happen. It’s possible two RBs get injured, and he gets more playing time with the starters. We just don’t know. But I will leave it until spring and fall are complete to see where he is.

Imo 9-3 to 10-2 with a possibility of 11-1 in the regular season with a bowl win. At Bama and Florida isn't the best but this would be the year to do it. Georgia, Texas A&M coming here is nice
I hope the fans bring it vs GA with relentless, ferocious noise and cause 10 false starts and bad play

Yeah this all depends on Joe making the right reads . Hooker was really good Joe needs to be really close to his decision making. Defense should be improved. Hype has been one heck of a surprise. Thought he would work out but definitely not this quick.

Any of that is awful lofty, considering Heupel will be at Michigan.

He's still a backup if two RBs get hurt

Lol the staff was telling the guy who wrote it that Heup wasn't leaving. He's a Big Ten guy so he thinks Ohio State and Michigan are the big jobs in the sports. Mike disagreed in his fact or fiction and said Michigan wasn't a better job but he also said Michigan would be foolish not to try if they wanted an offensive coach which I would agree with. I don't see Heup going anywhere

Jabari Small led the SEC in rushing TDs with 13. A freshman that's not starting is not getting 10 TDs in that year. Will he in the future, definitely IMO. But that's not what he said
Judkins led with 16.

Small had 13. Wright had 10. Sampson had 6.
Not saying Cam will get 10, but it’s definitely possible considering our 3rd string was over halfway there.

Yes, Judkins did. Common ESPN moment putting up false stats in our bowl game warm ups. That's where I got that from lol. Yes our 3rd string back didn't reach 10 as a freshman and played more than Cam probably will there. It's not the end of the world. Wright and Small will probably be moving on after this season, leaving the RB room to Sampson, Seldon, Keith, Bishop, and the 2024 class. He will be in the rotation there during his second year

Rushing TD's from the backfield will probably not match our seasoned backs, but after you factor in his receiving TD's and maybe some on special teams he might have a bigger number....... as I have stated before I am ALL IN on this guy, early and often. That is my story and I am sticking to it.... I am SPECULATING that his athleticism combined with his versatility will get him on the field more than a guy is not as versatile in year one. Creative CJH can mess with the heads of the defense letting a guy like this line up as a lone back, second back, slot, on the outside, or maybe even as a TE to get the matchups he wants somewhere on the field. Did I mention I am ALL IN on this guy.

I wish you would clearly state your position instead of leaving it up for interpretation.

Cam can easily get 10.

Just because of how many positions he'll line up and how he's always a mis-match.

No he won't have 10 rushing 10 tds.

But he could have. KR TD, 5 rushing TDs and 5 receiving TDs ( from WR, HB, RB)

Some fans are too simple minded to see his true skillset. Luckily Heupel isn't...

No one is being simple minded, stop insulting others’ opinions. It’s merely looking at how many touches he’ll realistically get as a freshman. It’s not out of bounds to think that Joe will throw to Bru Keyton and Squirrell more than Cam, because they’ll be in the game. It’s not out of bounds to think Small and Wright will be in the game quite a bit more than Cam, thus get more TDs. That’s not to say he won’t be incredible here, I think he will. But there’s guys on the roster currently that serve their role well and have earned their reps. That’s objectively throwing shade to any player
