Vaccine or not?

Stop believing lies and disinformation, MAGA. You make fools of yourselves....every day. Seriously. Biggest saps on the planet.

CLAIM: Pfizer was caught “funneling” $12 million to CNN host Anderson Cooper to promote COVID-19 vaccines.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. There is no evidence to support that claim, which is an outgrowth of comments made by anti-vaccine activist and presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Kennedy’s campaign said his remarks were intended as a “rhetorical” comment about the pharmaceutical industry’s influence through advertising.

THE FACTS: As Kennedy mounts a longshot campaign for president, social media users are suggesting he revealed that Pfizer has directly paid Cooper millions of dollars to promote the company’s vaccines.

“BREAKING: Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. claims Pfizer funneled $12 million dollars to CNN anchor Anderson Cooper as part of a deal to promote mRNA COVID jabs to the American public,” one widely shared tweet reads.
An unreliable website with a history of spreading misinformation, meanwhile, published a headline reading: “Pfizer Caught Funnelling $12 Million to Anderson Cooper To Promote mRNA Jabs to Americans.”

But there is no factual support for that claim, which a CNN spokesperson called “completely false and fabricated.”

In other words, Democratic Presidential candidate RFK Jr lied again, got called out on it, couldn't substantiate the lie, and invented some BS excuse for failing to substantiate it...

I've been out of the country on a much-needed escape from reality. It was glorious. Small- town coastal Mexico just might be my happy place. I could definitely see myself retiring somewhere like that one day.

Anyway, I took a break from social media, news, and politics... Is there any word on Jamie Foxx's condition?

Regarding Foxx, who knows. His reps have been less than truthful throughout. The guy who claimed the COVID story is same guy who covered up for Harvey Weinstein for decades. I'm not going to attach myself to either side. Here is most recent thing I saw from Foxx's side.

Jamie Foxx’s rep addresses conspiracy Covid vaccine left actor ‘paralyzed and blind’

What about the spike proteins from the lab made virus? Two of my non vaxxed family members had long term neurological and blood pressure issues for over a year after recovering from the virus.
It’s simple. Shot has no long term safety data. Corona viruses have been around forever.

Why inject an unproven shot with no long term safety data, that didn’t work btw, for a virus with a 99% survival rate.

Do you trust big pharma that much or do you trust your immune system.

No, but Deion Sanders has to have an emergency surgery (again) to remove blood clots in his leg and groin area.

No I don't trust the vaccines because they dont stop transmission of the virus anyways. Basically all of humanity has had covid-19 spike proteins replicating inside of them. So i hope that they are not like prion diseases like some theorists are saying, and that the spike proteins are flushed out by our immune systems whether you got it from the shots or the virus. I believe that to be the case because 99.9% of people who got the shots or the wuhan virus are fine. The unlucky few whos systems couldn't handle it have damage/death.

There are issues with Big Pharma and the profit motive, to be sure--but a LOT of medical experts //not associated with the drug makers// analyzed the data and concluded that the vaccines were safe--and they most definitely have proved to be safe, no matter how many MAGA and right-wing crazies want to post that Earl in Des Moines started having back problems--AND HE WAS VACCINATED! Please. More than 230 MILLION people--more than 70 percent of the U.S. population--is fully vaccinated and there have been precious few problems. So stop with the lame tweets about somebody getting earaches because s/he was vaccinated. Idiocy. Anytime more then 230 million people do ANYTHING, there were be a few scattered anomalies. If you asked 230 million people to eat a slice of apple pie, you'd have a few people have a choking problem or who are discovered to have an allergy to apples. We're not going to stop eating apple pie because of that.

Fact is, the vaccine issue has been politicized by the right wing and become another of the wack conspiracy theories that MAGA and the right-wing depend on for political sustenance. Of course, the anti-vax movement got started when some came to believe that vaccines caused autism--a belief that gained strength, as most conspiracies do nowadays, because of social media. That theory/belief has been thoroughly debunked many times. And of course, given today's climate, we have large numbers of yahoos who have strong opinions about vaccines but have few facts to support their wack opinions---rather like the goopers who want to pretend that Biden is corrupt but Trump isn't. Oh, my---off the charts, crazy.

How many MAGA are going to now foolishly stop giving their babies/young children the immunizations they need for chickenpox, MMR, etc? A lot? Could be. I hope we get some reporting on this in the next couple of years.

At the end of the day people are going to believe what they want to believe, and do what they want to do--and that's fine. It's not fine that a lot of Americans are not honest/perceptive/smart enough to separate fact from fiction---but in this sad age of disinformation and political polarization, it's the way it is.

Anyone else see the irony of this particular poster lamenting the bolded as a problem?

100% of folks that didn’t get the shot, I refuse to call it a vaccine, did not get a shot injury from a foreign substance that was injected into their bodies. The foreign spike is different from a common virus. You need to do a bit more research on that subject.

The longer the post the greater the doubling down on the shot. Safe and effective. 😂

Coronavirus spike protein activated natural immune response, damaged heart muscle cells.
Lab made Wuhan coronavirus spike protein has been proven to damag organs. Are you saying the virus spike protein is not that bad, but the shot created spike proteins are the only ones that do damage?

I was speaking more to the spike from the shot acting more like a prion and causing cancers and organ damage as well as heart issues.

The article you linked. I did not see population or any other data.

Also, if you surmise that both can cause damage and the shot doesn’t stop you from getting Covid. Then why on earth would the shot be a good idea.

Again, no long term safety data is a problem

The issue is that you downplay the influence of Big Pharma and profit motive and how that influences decision making and "the science".

Asked??? The govt didn't ask. They put into motion mandates. Stop gaslighting. Had the mandates (lockdowns, mask wearing and vaccinations) not been put in place, none of this would be an issue.

Fact is, the vaccine issue has been politicized by the right wing and become another of the wack conspiracy theories that MAGA and the right-wing depend on for political sustenance. Had there been no mandates from the very beginning by mostly blue state governors, there wouldn't have been a clear demonstration of partisanship. The Democrats are the ones that politicized this, not the right wing.

How many MAGA are going to now foolishly stop giving their babies/young children the immunizations they need for chickenpox, MMR, etc? A lot? Could be. I hope we get some reporting on this in the next couple of years.
You just named one of the many unnecessary vaccines out there that have been added since ~1986. Back when I was growing up not to long go (late 1970s/1980s) it was still a thing to have chickenpox parties. If you you do that today, most of these Karens would go crazy.

At the end of the day people are going to believe what they want to believe, and do what they want to do--and that's fine. It's not fine that a lot of Americans are not honest/perceptive/smart enough to separate fact from fiction---but in this sad age of disinformation and political polarization, it's the way it is.
If it is fine, then why did you all care if other people got vaccinated and masked up? Again, you are a liar.

Over 500 Excess Heart Deaths Recorded Every Week in England, Report Reveals

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has published a bombshell new report showing that a staggering 500-plus heart disease-related excess deaths are being recorded in England every week.

The BHF, the UK’s leading cardiovascular research charity, warns that heart attacks and strokes have been soaring since 2020.

The report is based on data from the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.

The data shows that there’s been a total of 96,540 excess deaths involving cardiovascular conditions like heart attacks and strokes since February 2020.

“It is deeply troubling that so many more people with cardiovascular disease have lost their lives over the past three years,” BHF Chief Executive Dr. Charmaine Griffiths said Thursday.

“For years now, it has been clear that we are firmly in the grip of a heart and stroke care emergency.

“If little changes, we could continue to see a sustained rise in death rates from cardiovascular conditions that undoes decades of scientific progress to reduce the number of people who die of a heart attack or stroke.”

“There is no time to waste – governments must take control of this crisis to give heart patients and their loved ones hope of a better and healthier future,” she added.

Consultant cardiologist Dr. Sonya Babu-Narayan highlighted how Covid deaths have been steadily falling since the onset of the pandemic.

However, cardiovascular deaths keep rising.

“Covid-19 no longer fully explains the significant numbers of excess deaths involving cardiovascular disease,” she claimed.

“Other major factors are likely contributing.”

Babu-Narayan continued by blaming “the extreme and unrelenting pressure” on Britain’s health service for the soaring excess deaths.
