Pansie. My next door neighbor is blind in his right eye from shingles. He’s 62. My father had it 3 times and it was brutal.
It’s absolutely not the same as the Covid or flu shots.
I had a vicious case of chickenpox as an 18 year old.
I’m a hard pass on taking the risk of shingles.
I also wear my seatbelt, a helmet when biking, eat right and exercise so I’m regularly on the side of safety vs small risks.
Had it sophomore year at college. Lasted about 3 weeks and went away. It was embarrassing because I had about a 3 in diameter patch on my neck. I didn't say it was fun. You've obviously never had singles and 100% recovery is not guaranteed. I had the first shot and then the 2 shot treatment. They aren't mRNA vaccines and have enough studies to show t hey are effective.
Stick a swab up my nose so I can know if i need to be sick or not? I will pass.... I can honestly say I have a virgin nose when it comes to this.....Lol. No kidding. The virus could jump 6 feet, but they had to touch your brain stem to test for it. I figured that one out very early in the game. Unfortunately, I had one test before I did though. After that, blew my nose and rubbed the swab in the Kleenex. There's no telling what was on those swabs.
I'm torn on it actually.. I trust big pharma at this point about as far as I could throw my house. You don't KNOW what they are putting in those vials anymore, and they have violated the public trust to such an extent that I would be ecstatic if they all went out of business. I do know that I haven't gotten a flu shot since Dr. Bill Gates was pushing his frankenvax on everybody. My next door neighbor is blind in his right eye from shingles. He’s 62. Then be prepared to never take another vaccine. I will take pneumonia, shingles and continue to get tetanus. Anything new and different, I think I will pass. I've lived this long without any of that crap, don't need anymore.I don't trust these fuggers anymore. Period. They already proved they want to kill millions.
I do a lot of things most don’t do in the name of health.I'm torn on it actually.. I trust big pharma at this point about as far as I could throw my house. One of the things I do whenever I am in Japan is the Sento (although not a true public one) I will get in the hot tub for awhile and get really hot then do the 'ice' bath. One thing is you can almost feel the dirt leaving your body even though you shower beforehand, but I think the 'artificial fever' is a very healthy thing as well. The house we bought in E Tenn has a sauna so I plan on doing exactly what you describe but I'll add a cold shower to finish. I am so looking forward to that.I do a lot of things most don’t do in the name of health.
Most don’t eat right or exercise so the vaccine is often the least of their worries. The shingles vaccine is way past any argument on safety. If you’re not trusting it then the ivermectin (I don’t know if you personally ever spoke on that one) everyone shilling here is out too.
But let’s be real about this. Most people having this debate are fat bastards that spend more time in a Taco Bell drive through than an exercise facility. The one thing I do that I think keeps me healthy is heated vinyasa (yoga). It’s like doing yoga in a sauna. Like a sauna it gives you an artificial fever 3 (in my case) time a week. That kills off anything in your system before it has a chance to get going. I haven’t had any illness since I started doing it 2 years ago.
I too am a firm believer in cold plunge. One of the things I do whenever I am in Japan is the Sento (although not a true public one) I will get in the hot tub for awhile and get really hot then do the 'ice' bath. Murmurs are that all shots will eventually be mRNA platforms. The one openly mentioned is the flu shot.I'm torn on it actually.. Caught a bit of the JR Sportbrief show on 99.1 tonight. He was discussing that now Victor Wembanyama and Damian Lillard are out for the season with deep vein blood clots and how unprecedented that is. He ran on a list of questions about training, medications, travel, etc as to what might explain this. He didn't mention one potential explanation.

Why are doctors recommending aspirin therapy for those that are part of the COVID shot experiment?
Are you a test subject?
