It’s been planned for a while and is tied to Esser Funding for schools. Any child that attends public school or is home schooled (I just learned the vaccination requirements are the same for homeschool) will be required by law to get vaccinated once the FDA approves it. There is very detailed language regarding this that was sent in letters to all school districts in the US. Knox County’s BOE has been playing dumb and won’t answer any questions regarding this.
