Vanderbilt @ Tennessee game thread

Resorting to talking about Dan Shulman's parents.

You know the game sucks.

I think it's just about official, they've went in the tank. At least even ole senile Dick Vitale could see they just stand around on offense.

that might have been the worst half of basketball I have seen by two teams ever. I have seen Jr pro teams and church league games played better. ESPN probably wants this to just go away because I can't imagine that anyone outside of UT and Vandy fans watching this garbage.

He summed it up perfectly by saying TN lacks ball movement and player movement.

why would it matter. football players dont come to TN to play basketball.

a good environment, large crowd, espn gameday - should be impressive.. win or lose.

Cept it's been a terrible display for all. Bball games are an entertainment value for students after football. If it's not a desirable function then it's not longer a selling point. That and the crowd booing is never impressive no matter what. Do I blame them? Hell no.

It could be a whole lot worse. If Jeff Taylor weren't having an awful offensive game, it would already be over. No reason Tennessee can't win this game.

my old high school scored more points in the first quarter last night than we did in a half

Toney Joenes better get ready to be an assistant at a mid major for atleast the next 5 years. He is proving he is not ready to be anything but a bench donkey.
