Mason about to rock the mic: NewsRadio 1510 WLAC - Nashville's News and Talk Station | Listen Live | iHeartRadio
Vandymania
Anyone need club seats and a Parking pass to the Ole Miss game? Face Value. I'll be in Nashville next week, but would rather go have my fingernails removed than watch this team.
If they want them, they are on the Ole Miss site, not this one!
And you have to pay me 10 times face value if you think I will consider taking them
Serious question, I have never heard Mason speak at length, does he normally have a stuttering problem or is he just nervous?
Someone on the hilarious Vandy forum pointed out that he never stuttered at Stanford but has consistently done so since becoming head coach of that sinking ship.
Edit: Contrast and compare this vid with what we just heard from the locker room post beat down:

My arguments for this being the worst possible outcome:
1) That Dorrell offense looks terrible. Confusing, ineffective, conservative, slow and no efficiency. That is not going to change.
2) The conditioning was a disaster. OLine blown off the ball, no pressure from the dline, cramping up. As someone who works out a fair amount, you cannot fix 3-4 months without good conditioning in 10 weeks while playing football.
3) The coach is not a man of his word. From "you'll play and make mistakes, but you've got my trust" to pulled at 14-7 in the 2nd quarter with over 50% completion %.
4) The 'championship' talk now looks absolutely ridiculous. To everyone. To the SEC. To my UT friends at work.
5) Momentum destroyed. We just lost a gimmie non-conference win BIG.
6) Kimbrow is still fumbling.
7) And the big kicker - That CDM defense just gave up 40 points. That was cool against Mizzou and aTm last year. Not cool against Temple.
We'll see where recruiting stands in a few weeks.

This year I do not see any "unwinnable" games on the schedule. There is real talent on this team, and unusually, the OL and defensive front seven should be a strength of the team. Even the new faces are obviously much more talented and athletic than we are used to seeing as Vandy fans.
At the same time, there are very few teams on the schedule that I'd say no way are they going to give us any trouble. Starting with tonight
They just won a national championship in baseball a few months ago.
I was joking.
But yeah, I only follow Tennessee in baseball. College baseball isn't really broadcast anywhere unless you go out of your way to watch it.
Doesn't surprise me though that Vanderbilt is good at playing with sticks.
Off topic, but do you think it's possible to get a function added to the forum that allows you to cross words out with a line through them? Maybe we already have that function but I don't see it.
