Oh it's real....and it's fantastic.

Some mistake their "smarts" in the classroom, in the laboratory, in the clinic, for any kind of common sense and acumen when it comes to things outside the world of academia....such as intercollegiate sports in general and SEC football in particular. The two clearly shouldn't be confused. Outside of their ivory towers on West End, they're collectively a mass of blithering idiots when it comes to understanding SEC football and their place among it. Our "job" is just to point and laugh at them.

Some tweet Mason made back in July. It said something about working hard and how no one thinks they'll be any good but they "don't need permission" to....workout I guess.

Even in context it was stupid to base a slogan on a tweet Mason made that probably 10 people knew about.
