Out of curosity I googled it. Vegas odds makers miss the spread by more than 7 points more than 60% of the time in NFL games and they are supposedly the easiest games to determine spreads for.

70% of the public taking UT with a 7 point spread isn't that surprising. The fact that the spread actually moved in USU's favor is a giant red flag that the smart money is taking the aggies. Not good for UT.
Think what you want about the outcome of this game but if you don't sports bet regularly I would strongly suggest you NOT start with this game. Trap line already moving the wrong way.
