Out of curosity I googled it. Vegas odds makers miss the spread by more than 7 points more than 60% of the time in NFL games and they are supposedly the easiest games to determine spreads for.

UT was favored by 7 when it opened and it's now at 6.5. Over/under is 50 down from 52.5 with 70% betting on UT covering the spread

Yes. Vegas is showing the points close right now to increase betting prior to the game. Over/under is the total points scored by both teams. The line will change a bit between now and game time.

70% of the public taking UT with a 7 point spread isn't that surprising. The fact that the spread actually moved in USU's favor is a giant red flag that the smart money is taking the aggies. Not good for UT.

Our freshmen will likely be better day one than some of their veterans.
