Obama was hired by a young man to remodel an outdated and inefficient kitchen as a surprise for his elderly mom. Obama was in the middle of tearing out the cabinets and removing the old appliances when the crazy mom who never wanted the kitchen remodeled came in and screamed about the mess and how it was even worse than before and demanded the cabinets be remounted and the old appliances returned. The young son, knowing that the home would soon be his, shook his head realizing his mom was incapable of much needed and ultimately inevitable change and that the remodeling would have to wait until his mom had moved on to the great beyond.

So the son felt that he was a entitled to the house his mom worked to buy and went in and tore up a perfectly good kitchen that she was happy with. Sounds like a little azzhole.

Easy to see to which side of the generational gap you fall. The son had been paying the mortgage for the past 15 years with the expressed agreement that the house would remain in the family. He also knew that many of the appliance were fire hazards due to age, that the cabinets where at risk of falling and injuring his mom, and that the leaking pipes caused a slipping hazard, His mom was just to old and stuck in the past to see.

Ahh so now we are given more of the details after the fact, so the son convinced his mom to sign onto a bad deal. This kid help write the ACA?
