Look champ. I’m not advocating we put one damn boot on the ground to oust Maduro’s Regime. We’ve got enough young people in harms way on foreign soil. But neither am I going defend that POS like you are and if he were to die from a round to the brain delivered by a US M4 put there by the Christians In Action then the world is a better place.

Do you think our economic sanctions/warfare have had any impact on the supposed food shortage? Venezuela hasn’t been sanction free since before Chavez came to power.

Actually what I think is you’re deflecting... again... from the crux of the problem. Maduro. HE is the problem. He has raped his country’s riches.

And no I don’t believe our sanctions are a driving matter at the core of the citizens suffering. Maduro was already hoarding the wealth and letting his people starve.

Edit: oh and sanctions were imposed in 2015 by Obama. The two countries haven’t shared ambassadors since either 2009 or 2010. This situation has existed long before any of our sanctions. Chavez came into power in 1999. The welfare of the countries citizens has been in decline ever since. And it accelerated under Maduro.

He was just re-elected a couple of months ago...the math don’t work. And because we have invested in the opposition...time after time in Venezuela(to no avail)...we constantly demonize and shackle the government with economic warfare and propaganda...to get our way...

Deflected just like Ukraine. The election here was even worse than the one you defended in Crimea. Nobody except your usual pal countries recognize the election results.

You’re deflecting away from the crux of the problem, Maduro not US sanctions. You’re deflecting just like you do on the Ukraine debate. It’s what you do because you have no real valid stance. But you knew that already.

US sanctions absolutely affect the situation....or they wouldn’t be in place...
