I think a stop where an individual has to remain detained for ANY length of time for a dog to fetched and sniff their person or car is unreasonable. The individual is being detained without probable to allow a government agent to obtain probable cause. Cart before horse and unconstitutional in my mind. Furthermore, it has been shown that the handler can get have the dog indicate the presence of contraband without it being there.

Most judges agree with my views on the 2A, so I am alright with the company I keep.

It was reported that there was national guard people there walking around. There were a lot of national guard, army, navy, marines and Air Force people there. One of my friends that works at Tyndall Air Force base, from Panama is there protesting. Everyone has the right to protest, it’s there freedom to do so.
