Jackson is irrelevant however Clinton had some 11 felonies and had to give up his law license, Trump hasn’t broken any laws.
And generally speaking, I agree with it.
I have always hated the Patriot Act. I hated Bloomberg's "stop and frisk." I think dog sniffs are a search.
- I agree with you on the Patriot Act as it went too far against American citizens instead of just those with terror links
- I agree with you on Bloomberg's stop and frisk because it goes against what a Terry pat is appropriately used for
- I disagree with you about K9 sniff/scans because they are trained and definitely a legal tool when used properly
- You are still 100% wrong about your views of the 2nd Amendment, and that Law Enforcement/Military are not overwhelmingly pro-gun ownership
Yes, their were even national guard protesting peacefully. Nice isn’t it?
Also you would have thought by now they would have went around shooting people randomly, that's certainly how the media show pro gun people. How is it possible to have that many “ zealot white supremacist gun nuts “ in one place protesting , and not be any arrests ? Very odd indeed . I’ll bet CNN will be able to explain it later .
The courts say you are 0-2 on your opinions but I don’t want to hear about “most judges” considering you may know about .0000000001% of the judges on your area alone let alone the countryI think a stop where an individual has to remain detained for ANY length of time for a dog to fetched and sniff their person or car is unreasonable. The individual is being detained without probable to allow a government agent to obtain probable cause. Cart before horse and unconstitutional in my mind. Furthermore, it has been shown that the handler can get have the dog indicate the presence of contraband without it being there.
Most judges agree with my views on the 2A, so I am alright with the company I keep.
The governor just on a whim decided that people attending a rally for over 20 years with no issues were a danger. And who is the governor to tell these law abiding citizens how many guns they can buy. Your pathetic attempt was just that. PATHETIC!
It was reported that there was national guard people there walking around. There were a lot of national guard, army, navy, marines and Air Force people there. One of my friends that works at Tyndall Air Force base, from Panama is there protesting. Everyone has the right to protest, it’s there freedom to do so.How would one know, without asking the person, that they are actually National Guard as they shouldn’t be wearing anything to signify current Guard affiliation. It would be against regs.
They can’t be in uniform to attend unless in a duty status capacity and if on duty status they aren’t there as protestors....
You mean because head neck al-Qaeda got caught by the FBI planning to launch an attack on the capital during the rally??? “DEAR GOD I CAN ONLY BUY ONE GUN A MONTH!!!! THE HUMANITY!!!” If you are bulking buying ammo and guns you need to be paid a visit by the FBI‘s JTF and ATF.
