And heard a new term tonight for the right wing bloggers and conspiracy nuts who promote these things: they support segregation and another civil war if necessary to get it. They are called "accelerationists" because they seek to speed up the disintegratiin of our democracy so they can dominate the market on hate.

Sadly, Trump has chosen to stoke it, rather than try to calm his racist base, he is provoking things. And I am disappointed, albeit not surprised, that the GOP proper is not weighing in to advocate for calm.

You read all the posts for yourself , do you honestly believe that .. we will say some of these posters , just want to know about firearms , shooting safety , what we do with the ones we own personally ( umm before I lost all of mine in that freak boating accident ) , how many rounds we fire through them , if we are also keeping up on data givin to us by law enforcement, I could go on and on but I’ll spare your eyes . Not one single person, that what I perceive as anti-2a has asked me or anyone else that’s pro- 2a any question like that . What information I’ve given has been voluntary without being asked . I don’t see the example of what you are talking about on here . What I see is one camp acknowledging and supporting their 2a rights , the other posting interpretations of how the 2a reads, as they see it , and to the ends they desire .

that refers only to 3 bills that passed Thursday. Of course the protest was organized well before that and was based on the set of proposals below (among others). Lobbying the government to prevent bill passage is a time honored tradition but of course you know that.
