Not the first time that the FBI got trigger happy. On April 20, 1934, the FBI set up outside the Little Bohemia Lodge waiting to get John Dillinger. They opened fire on a car leaving the lodge, thinking it was Dillinger, and shot all 3 people inside, killing one. The occupants of the car didn't hear the FBI telling them to stop over the noise of the radio. Dillinger's gang got away.

Yes it was all right wing. The media covering a gun rally with militia outside capital grounds after the arrest of the white nationalists and with our own right wing pundits on this forum, it was all the right wing. Everything from the civil war, to antifa troublemakers, to the White nationalists. I take it from some of the posts here that you didn't even hear about the multiple arrests of the right wing that was reported by legitimate news site. Shame on the media for reporting their plot and shame on Northern for upping security because the militia showed up prepared for war looking like they were prepared to spend 10 days in the bush under heavy enemy fire.

Good job only reading half of what I've written and totally whiffing on my actual stance. There seems to be a pernicious illness here that causes people to automatically assume liberal status upon any disagreement. Interesting.

Here's the fullness of my stance. I look forward to the coming evisceration:
You want guns? Have at them.
You want ammo? Have at it.
You want to gift guns and ammo? That's your call so long as the recipient passes their background check.
Universal background checks for all purchases.
History of documented self harm, convicted domestic abuse, or convicted felony behavior involving a weapon? Sorry, you're off the list.
Increased penalties for an individual's weapon being used in another person's commission of a crime or fatal accident - gun safe home insurance riders, consider increase in penalty from misdemeanor to felony.
More publicization / appreciation of and funding for police and government task forces getting guns out of criminal hands and locating and shutting down the pipelines supplying them.
NRA, 4H, and Scouting double down on positive outreach to children and teens, greater access to training classes and sport shooting opportunities.

See? I'm not your standard anything. I don't fit any mold. In this case, I especially don't fit the left mold.

No you didn't, you just called me that. I don't think you know what it means much less what it looks like. An example would be calling the mueller investigation a witch hunt and hoax and making your argument from that fallacy.
