Visitor List: UGA game Nov. 18

I just hope it's a competitive game with a great crowd/experience. My fear is that this team will roll over and be embarrassed. I've heard it said that who wins or loses a game doesn't really matter during the visit. Probably true if it's a competitive game, but if we show like we did vs Mizzou and UF, I just don't see how that would be anything other than a disaster for recruiting. At home, on CBS in the 3:30 slot and against the #1 team in the country. Surely we won't play like road kill again...will we?

Exactly my sentiment. Neyland is incredible when games are close or we win. Even as bad a game we played vs Austin pee, the atmosphere was awesome.

But if we can’t play competitive vs uga, and they have a massive lead in the second half, neyland will start to empty out. There’s a tweet a uga fan posted that had the tv broadcast view of the stadium in he last yhreee times uga played us in Knoxville. All were blowouts and in all of them the stadium was emptying.

This is boom or bust. And considering how injured we are, and inconsistent along the OL….. it’s more likely bust. That’s my concern.

Yeah, I’m sure watching us get wrecked by uga will be a great experience and will reel the commits in.

My point is - Neyland when we win or are competitive is on another level. But we’re too injured and our QB is mediocre to be competitive against this Georgia team. It’s gonna get ugly. Atmosphere will suffer as a result.

Well of course that's what the coaching staff is planning, getting a good mauling. Our coaches know there's no use trying.

We’ve got a punchers chance but idk how well we match up on the LOS. Georgia blew up our interior Oline last year and effected the run game and the pocket that Hooker had to work from. I think they’ve taken a step back on the Dline but idk that it’s that much of a step back.
