I am sure I would be biased in that opinion, but I think he has a shot. As a freshman, he lettered this past year in varsity. Will start this year. He has excelled at combines this year, making the Ultimate 100 invite for National Underclassman Combines and made the all combine team in Ohio. He goes to the Ultimate 100 next weekend. It is an invite only camp.

He is maxing 275 - 280lbs on bench at the moment but has some work to do on his 40. He plans on helping that with some track this year. He has a wide range in there from 4.7 - 5.2. His shuttle is good for his size, 6' 210lbs, at a 4.78 yesterday. He also had a 25" vert yesterday. Not great, but comparable to others in his range.

He has started to get letters from some colleges, questionnaires, etc. We will see where it takes us. He is just excited to be here at the moment.

BTW, I ran into Nick Reveiz yesterday...looked good and said he felt good and looking forward to the season. Did not disclose much else.

I would like to suggest a program called "Vertical Jump Bible". It is fantastic at... obviously, improving the vertical leaping ability of a player, but more importantly, training the nervous system to respond more explosively making an athlete quicker. I have used it and use it for some of my players and it is worth it's weight. PM me if you would like more info. (This isn't my program so I'm not making money, just sharing the love. :eek:k:)

We knew about Mason's committment. The Question is was the GT guy BS'n about PJ pullin his scholly for being @ UT camp. Bc, he's definately there.

Day 2:

Much of the same. Hard core all day. Several pics below that were requested in Hutson and Goff. Hutson has looked great all day. Goff was ok from what I seen....more belly than he needs to have at this level.

Coaches again very interactive and really taking the time to coach these kids even if they do not go to Tenn. Great drills today. Hot and Muggy. Several kids with ice packs, pulled muscles, etc. sitting on the ground. Good conditioning day as most kids were sweating a river. I drank 4 gallons of water myself I think. See below some pics. I will get some more in on Tuesday. Did lots of video today. I plan on a full summary at the end of camp on what I have seen. Enjoy and talk to you soon.
