True, but the issue was facilities - and whether the time it would take to build ours up to par would be a significant deterrent to winning NC's.

Danny White is better. He's at the best university around. Sexton has been pillaging for a while now. He's (white) about to give him (vitello) everything he wants. Sexton can't compete with that. He's gonna have to make the call to vitello and just say, "well, it's a good deal, better take it". No other factors. Watch.

What if you just build it on a different piece of land, little closer to the river. Turn current lns into something a little different.

I don't damn blame him! How's that money Hungry boy done for us in 15 years. All sexton has is a bunch of good clients, some decent friend's and that's about it. He's a high class car salesman. Danny White was raised on stuff like this. He knows how to deal with guys like that. $1 to a billionaire doesn't matter to him
