reminds me of the SNL bit about Teve Torbes
https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/nightline/n10843
"...nor shall any person give, offer to give,
or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and
drink, to an elector..."
The law literally says that poll workers will provide water. Partisans are not allowed to interact in any way with voters including giving water.....which is available from the poll workers."...nor shall any person give, offer to give,
or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and
drink, to an elector..."
The law literally says that poll workers will provide water. Partisans are not allowed to interact in any way with voters including giving water.....which is available from the poll workers.
It’s that way in every state. No body is allowed to give out 100$ bills either.
But please keep the lie going.
The law does allow for poll workers to set up a water dispenser. Not sure what good that does people standing in long lines, where nobody is allowed to distribute water to them. Why are you falsely defending the indefensible, phony "small government" Republicans dictating how and where voters standing in long lines for hours can get water?
