Treason is not what is primarily at play here. There are many laws on the books regarding assisting illegal aliens. Those will be what is used to prosecute those aiding illegals.

I think it is a stretch to consider illegal immigrants "enemies" simply for being in the country illegally. Lots of people break laws, that doesn't make them all enemies of the state.

Also, treason is punishable by death. Anyone who truly thinks a hotel maid who is sheltering their illegal 19 year old migrant cousin Lupe from ICE detention should potentially be exposed to the death penalty is really pushing the limits of rational thought.

I always look for more than one source before I think it may possibly be credible. So many rumors floating around that I forget which ones I started.

If they break our laws, I’m fine with them staying in our prisons and then being deported upon release. Incarceration in a Central American jail doesn’t bother me, either, S long as they go there, and don’t return here.
