One thing I don’t think democrats have fully considered the risk these knee jerk TRO‘s have put them in. The absolute deluge of last gasp judicial attempts to deprive the Chief Executive of basic executive functions will soon rise to the Supreme Court which could lead to basically invalidating a ton of laws which have been used to rein in a President. The founders never envisioned the permanent bureaucratic class and the power it would have to stymie presidential decision making. And the current make upmost the Supreme Court may make this a reality. It is basically a Hail Mary attempt and the Dems are all in.
