I haven't listened to Vol Calls in several years....But to this day I remember one when Majors was coaching. This old sounding man from the backwoods asked Majors.....Coach Majors, what if you had one of those tires (towers) would it help us win more games. Coach Majors replies....I don't know what your are asking? The old man....You know one of those tires (towers) like Coach Bryant has down in Alabama where he climbs up there on top and watches his boys practice down below....Do you think if you had one of those tires (towers) it would help us win more games like at Alabama.

I guarantee that it was not Pruitt's first hint of how classless and immature a segment of this fanbase can be. I'm all for keeping a critical eye on a coaches performance, but that call was something I might have done as a teenager and thought how cute it was.
