FWIW I heard our pants will have a pink power T on them for breast cancer awareness month..... 😝
As they have the last two years for an October home game, support staff on the sideline will wear t-shirts, hats and polos with pink accents as part of an Adidas promotion to raise money for breast cancer awareness month. Here are some of the items: Breast Cancer Awareness
In past years, Dooley has vetoed a pink helmet decal, pink armbands and other accents for the uniforms. From what I understand, he didn't want any uniform changes again, but he may have been overruled from above. If we seen anything on-field, it'll be along the lines of a different undershirt, gloves or armbands with some pink.
The fact that Dooley has vetoed the accents in the past makes me like him even less. That is a great cause and UT should proudly raise awareness.
I can see it both ways. Most of the Adidas schools haven't used the uniform changes, just had the sideline stuff. Some have used the wristbands, but others haven't. If you're disliking him over that, then you're looking for things to hate about him.

Michigan & Notre Dame have made some pretty substantial uniform changes & both are as traditional if not more so than Tennessee.
We were gonna wear pink uniform tshirts at work for breast cancer awareness month but I told them we always wear traditional blue uniforms so they scrapped the idea.
Kidding, we wore pink all month last year and got a lot of great feedback. Hope we do it again. Be cool to see Vols add a little something to help save the tata's
