There is nothing wrong with tradition. If a recruit doesn't like the traditions at UT he will probably end up at Tennessee Tech anyway.

Recruiters get recruits. Whatever tools they have at their disposal is what they should use. Relative to who and what you are recruiting against of course. Uniforms are important to 18 year olds, you know, the ones who are actually being recruited. Maybe just not to 50 year old fogey's.
