It's very hard to prove intent on voting for a dead person. Those believed to be dead are ID'd through a very loose system. If someone with the same first name, last name, and zip code as one on the SS database, they could be accidentally considered dead. Due to privacy laws, voter registrars don't have reliable methods of flagging the dead from the rolls. Any effort to purge these believed to be dead from the rolls will face some very strict federal voting laws.

Makes sense.......:eek:k:

So the fun part is somehow knowing who all on the rolls are dead legitimately and then voting in their place. This style of voter fraud is very difficult to pull off.

Is voter fraud as rampant as some would have us believe?

It doesn't take much to make a claim. In many cases it will slow down or stall something and then amount to nothing at all. Lots of crying wolf. And that is why no one really cares about voter fraud any more.

what makes you think that Corker doesn't like football and women?

you don't think Harry Reid would quickly snap a nose ring into Junior?

i don't know. i'm sure your right about reid though he seems like a snake. corker just seems more like a follower than a leader. trying to say ford has no morals because he posed with the bunnies, shows what kind of politican he would be. we have enough of those in congress already. i don't think ford would be so easily controlled. :)

Ford's camp couldn't find anything on either for Corker. Ford's camp couldn't even find Corker. Corker seems to like "Where's Waldo?" and "Hide and Seek".

No big fan of Corker here, but give me a break. Ford's commercials on Corker made reference to things like, "Corker made millions as Chattanooga Mayor". wow real incremenating stuff there Ford. Playing the ole "he rich republican, he bad" card. As Ford lives in a shack i am sure.

It's called getting rich off the benefits of being in office. It's a legitimate issue. Politicians do it frequently. In case you missed the scandal I refer you to someone named Duke Cunningham.

I know they do it frequently, more like always. I just thought it was a poor attempt at accusing his competitor at something that is pretty obvious behavior among all politicians. Like I said, it was more about "He rich republican because he likes money, you viewers vote for me, I hate making money."

That protection of marriage is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. What a waste of time.

i agree, i'm sure ford is not hurting. i still think corker ran a more offensive campaign and it probably won him the election. he made ford out to be a evil womanizing sinner. to me you have to choose the lesser of the two evils which is ford.

I thought Ford has this thing won a month ago, I thought he had some really bad ads to close with, that helped Corker some. I agree it is picking the lesser of 2 evils. I disagree on who that is though.

Just got back from voting and my precinct was empty. Two years ago the traffic was backed up for about half a mile to get in. :ermm:
