Here is an updateWith lots of old friends still in the area, really hoping and praying this thing takes a turn for the better.
Stay safe, this morning they are saying that it could be a Cat 5 before it hits.Where are you, parents, and daughter staying?
Apprehensive would describe my mood though it could go south depending on the the severity of the storm.
Sobering thought…I hope I don’t die without ever having the pleasure of experiencing your moms cooking
That would be a crime
St. Pete is out of the Hurricane cone.Looks like it's been upgraded to a category 4 since I checked last. Yikes. I have family in St. Pete.
Thank you for your concern. It’s moved way south from us and is expected to make landfall around Fort Myers. It will be a major concern in that area, it’s expected to be a catastrophic nightmare. Praying for everyone in that area. Are you and your parents going to evacuate or stay there, they are saying that it could be a Cat 5 before it hits, you all stay safe.
This so much. I've given link to my family in TN and Ohio to follow. Do not watch twc. It just scare the piss outta folks. Watch what the locals pay attention to.St. Pete is out of the Hurricane cone.
The best live news for St. Pete is Baynews 9 run by Spectrum. It’s straight talk about the weather, they don’t sensationalize like other channels do.
Normally they charge to stream but it’s free now during Hurricane Ian.
Set the App to Florida then Tampa not Orlando.
