I never mind the underdog role but is Tennessee really that underrated?

Tennessee's players reps all said versions of the same thing this week. They're using the lack of summer love in various polls and power rankings as serious motivation. Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU and Missouri have all been slotted ahead of Tennessee in most preseason projections across the conference, but only three of those schools have consecutive top-20 finishes like Josh Heupel's program. The Vols plugged a hole in their offensive line with former LSU offensive tackle Lance Heard and refreshed the back end of the defense with other additions.

Intriguing because I keep reading that my Gators are the most underrated team in the SEC, if not the country.

You know what this means -- football season is upon us!
The gators will be so so much better than their win/loss shows end of season. Greatest 4-8 team ever type thing. I'm sorry for the schedule.

The football pundits are wondering if my Sooners can get 7 wins.
I don't understand this. OU is gonna be good, real good. The issue is they got the cast iron schedule. I think 7 wins would be the floor and only if y'all get the injury bug.

EA Sports? Never heard of them. Therefore Irrelevant, and certainly not a game changer.
Literally every single college football player plays that game. You don’t think this football team is going to see the disrespect and use that as motivation?

I could see that being the top motivator. They want to see EA bump the team after proving they should.

A video game. Get over it. It’s not reality.
Don’t judge reality off a video game. Or if you do, base it off Minecraft. That is real stuff.
This college kids see video games as the gospel. Try to convince them video games don’t matter. There are teenagers making millions of dollars playing video games. That is the reality we live in.

My knee jerk reaction here was we are about 3 spots low...but, knowing that basically Nico and the offense is still a relative unknown and the Secondary is going to be beat up, then 7 isn't all that far off.
I would still have us ahead of LSU and maybe even Mizzou.
