Wow.

You guys are getting incredibly worked up by 2 links where vast, highly exaggerated generalizations are made about Tennessee. Have you ever been poked fun of before?

The comments about the people of new orleans are sickening. That would happen in any state. These people are humans, and what they did is natural to humans in detrimental extraordinary circumstances. The atrocities that occured are not specefic to the New Orleans people only.

If Memphis weren't in the state of Tennessee I would vehemently disagree.

Buddy, I live in New Orleans. I gotta disagree with you. The people who were left behind descended into activities animals wouldn't consider. I got nothing but love for my hometown, but for about a week this past month, I was ashamed of it. My friends who stayed behind told me stories of having to sleep on their roofs, in plain earshot of women getting beaten and raped. And they could do nothing. Make no mistake. I love New Orleans. But I'm furious with the class of people who could sink to such a level.

I'm sorry for this rant. It's the first time I've let it show.

If not for several guns of mine, my house may have been looted as well.

It was quite fun for me but quite scary for my family
